Seimec is starting a collaboration with Service Rata Oy. The aim of the collaboration is to launch an open customer portal. The portal will provide customers with an easy and reliable way to purchase Seimec products and spare parts online. In addition to exploded views of the equipment, the portal will also feature the latest product information and product documentation, such as installation and maintenance instructions.

The Spareparts365 spare parts portal helps customers identify the right part and ensure that it is compatible with their equipment. The productised portal is quick and easy to implement. Seimec's goal is to launch the portal for its first products within a few weeks. In addition to the portal, Service Rata offers content services such as an illustration service, which produces functional spare parts documentation in the form of exploded views and parts lists based on project documentation such as 3D models.

The portal helps Seimec's customers find suitable products and select the right parts, reducing the duration of unplanned interruptions in production while providing greater transparency in maintenance costs.
