6 Regular sources of information
The processing of personal data is based on Service Rata's legitimate interest or agreement. Data concerning the data subject is collected from individuals in customer organisations, potential customer organisations or stakeholder organisations when contacting them by telephone, via the internet, by email or in connection with marketing activities, such as events. On a case-by-case basis, we may also collect data from telephone companies' contact registers and other similar private and public registers.
7 Regular disclosure of data
Data is regularly disclosed only to external service providers for the purposes of Service Rata Oy's own customer and market research and other similar studies.
In addition, data may be disclosed to Service Rata Oy's subcontractors if required for customer relationship management purposes, in which case the data will only be used for a specific purpose and, upon request, this purpose will also be explained to the person concerned.
For the purpose of collecting unpaid invoices, individual data may be disclosed to the company performing the task on the basis of the service order in question.
8 Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Data is not regularly transferred or disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area. However, if necessary, data may be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in accordance with data protection legislation and within the limits set by it.

Service Rata Ltd does not collect manual material from customer organisations, potential customer organisations or other stakeholders.
Electronic material
Only employees who have the right to process customer data in the course of their work are authorised to use the register. Personal data stored electronically is appropriately protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical safeguards, such as user IDs and passwords.
The data subject has the right to inspect the personal data stored in the register.
The data subject has the right to inspect the data stored about them. A signed written request for inspection must be sent electronically to info@servicerata.com. The email must be marked "Request for inspection of personal data". The request for access must include: name, registration name, full address details and telephone number.
11 Right to request correction of data
In accordance with the Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to request the correction, deletion or supplementation of data in the register that is contrary to the purpose of the register, incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated. If the data subject is unable to correct the data themselves, the request for correction shall be made in accordance with section 10 of this privacy policy.
12 Other rights related to the processing of personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to object to or request the restriction of the processing of their data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data if the controller has not complied with the applicable Data Protection Regulation in its activities.
