Using OCR (Object Character Recognition), the system creates a fully or partially automatic link between 2D drawings and parts lists/product structures. The data is stored as relative coordinates, which means that the numbering is usable even if the resolution of the images varies.

You can create several different catalogues for a single project, for example, by product type, customer or serial number. In the catalogue view, customers can easily navigate through the different levels of product structures with the help of visual images.
In addition, sales support documentation, such as product updates or installation and operating instructions, can be displayed in the product structure. For those with more traditional tastes, it is also possible to print the catalogue.

The Enterprise version gives you access to the SpareParts365 mobile app, which allows you to use the latest version of the catalogues even without an internet connection. Spare part requests and orders added in offline mode will be processed when the app reconnects to the internet.

The online store's features allow users to order the parts they need directly from the SpareParts365 spare parts portal. Depending on the settings, orders or requests for quotes can be sent from the system. Customers can also create regular purchases in their shopping cart and download data as an Excel file.
